  • How does EverPal work?
It's simple. First, you find a time that works best for you to consult with a licensed vet over a video consultation. During the visit, our veterinarian will go through your concerns about your pet in details. If the veterinarian determines further testing is medically sound, you can stop by your nearest EverPal Dx Center or have our Veterinary Technician come to your home to collect your pet's sample. After you receive the testing result, our vet will call to go over the results and discuss treatment plan with you. You can also check our How it Works page.
  • How is EverPal different from other virtual vet services?
Our biggest differentiation is our ability to provide more comprehensive care than other virtual vet services, ensuring the best quality of care when your pet needs the most. While pet telemedicine is beneficial, it has its limits. Accurate diagnosis often requires diagnostic testing and imaging.
